Prices are in euros. We use an automatic converter from dollar to dirhams, that will be adjusted weekly. 

We accept VISA & MASTERCARD 3D secure.

We ship immediately after receiving payment. 

• HANDLING TIME

We need 2/3 days of handling time for organizing the packaging and shipping (working days only)

• SHIPPING TIMES

Rugs and other products ship safely and securely from Marrakech, Morocco

We propose DHL and the regular Post office

Transit time through DHL is around 4/5 days. 

Transit time through the post office is around 2 weeks. 

• RETURNS

We advise our clients to carefully check the rug or article before purchasing, to look well at the pictures, the product description.

Many of the products are old or vintage. They have been made for personal use

They might show some irregularities in length, asymmetries in borders (one braid of fringe could be missing).

All rugs are carefully cleaned and repaired, but occasionally some small spots , such as Henna stains might remain. Some fringes might be irregular.

Keep in mind that this is the charm of hand made products. 

Unless items are damaged during shipping, all sales are final. Please ask as many questions as you deem needed before buying and review photos carefully.

Please understand  that all import duties, taxes and charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the quoted sale price of the rug.

USA : no duty taxes and no VAT applied on Moroccan Handycraft

EUROPE : no duty taxes on Moroccan  Handycraft, VAT alone apply.
